If you pictures failes to upload try steps one by one:

1. Check your internet connection. Try to open some web pages.
2. Try changing upload host (open Settings dialog and go to connection page).
3. Check picture. Then you upload pictures in “File size” column you can see uploading picture file size. Most picture host have file size limit and if you exceed it pictures will be rejected. If picture size is to big go to Settings dialog and try to reduce picture dimensions (open Settings dialog and go to resize page) or reduce picture quality (open Settings dialog and go to quality page).
4. If still no success. Please go to vxei forum to picture uploader bug report thread and describe a problem. Use as many details as you can to describe problems.
